Mr. David Sánchez Rodríguez, Vice-Rector for Students, Alumni and Employability of the University of Las Palmas de Gran Canaria visited the University Residence of the Tafira Campus and met with several residents who attended the event held in the auditorium of the same.
In the first place, the manager of the ULPGC University Residences, Vicente Díaz Rodríguez, informed the attendees about different aspects related to the day-to-day life of the residences included in the bases of the call for places, the internal regulations and the protocol of prevention against covid approved for residences.
Subsequently, the Vice-Rector for Students, Alumni and Employability informed residents about different actions that are being carried out in their area of activity and that different measures are being studied to collaborate and support all students affected by the volcanic eruption on the island of La Palma.
Finally, a question and answer session was established in which the attending residents could ask about different issues that affect them during their stay at the ULPGC University Residences, which were attended by both the vice-rector and the entire team that leads the management of residences.
To end the simple act, the Vice-Rector for Students, Alumni and Employability, wished all residents success in the course just started
